Cant access Custom Object types in TaskSpace 6.7

Hi all,

I am workin with Documentum task space 6.7 with some custom object types.With DA all custom object types that i have created with task space are visible,but while accessing the same object types with task space it displays only default obj types.

I cant create another custom object type with the same name..

Any one has some idea .?

Also, after creating the custom object types, did you run data dictionary publishing job (or api method)? This needs to be done any time you update object type definitions. Typically, you will need to restart your client app (Composer or app server) after running this job b/c the client apps cache object type definitions.

Hi Girish,

some basic questions:

1) have you created a "New Application" in taskspace?

2) have you tried to add the custom types to your application?

3) have you tried to create a document view component with form builder than add it to taskspace, assign to a role and use it?

Hi Johnny, Any idea where the type cache informations are stored connecting through CMIS. We have issue that one server able to create the objects and the other server fails with a Bad Attribute Name

Data dictionary cache is on the Content Server. CMIS cache is located on app server cache.
