Urgent help needed for the import feature customization of 6.5sp3 webtop

Hi Everyone

I have an urgent requirement to customize the import feature of the webtop 6.5sp3. By default, it shows a file selector page where it asks for the file to be uploaded in documentum. But I need to customize this import feature in such a way where file selector page will not be there and it will automatically take all the files from a particular location in the client machine. The rest import feature will be the same.

Please provide your help for this change along with the required code for the same. Thanks in advance. It’s an urgent requirement, please help.

That being said, since the files will always be at the same file location and you want it to automatically import from here, I would shared that directory with Content Server and write a server method/job to perform the import on a regulary basis (eg daily).

Requirement probably not possible with regular WDK customisation.

Would need to customise UCF applets or create your own applets to do the upload
