Group in a Group

Recently I had an Issue where i had to restrict just one user form accessing some folders in a Workarea. This was not a doable thing in one workarea because he cannot be a part of the group which shares this workarea. So i have created New workarea for him a putting him in new group and sharing this group to access only this workarea. Now there are some people in the other group who want to have access to this workarea too.
There might be a scenario when everyone wants to access the second workarea. Since one cannot add a Group inside a group is there any other solution for granting permissions to the first group with out literally adding each and every user to the second group.
