Dynamically show hide text control on checkbox select

Hello,

Is it possible to in Forms Builder to dynamically show a text field if a checkbox is selected and hide it if the checkbox is deselected while the user is filling the form?

I tried using rules and show/hide but it doesn't work.

Configure the checkbox control with an adaptor that is executed when the value change :

1. Create an dummy adator running the DQL query 'select 1 from dm_sysobject where 1=0'. Add a parameter to your adaptor (this is required to use an adaptor as a 'onChangeValue' ).
2. Configure the checkbox to use the dummy adaptor when its value changes.
3. Configure the display rules of the control you want to show/hide using the value of checkbox as a condition.
