TaskSpace - getting error "Could not get document ID from the server"

Hi,

We are working on a TaskSpace, and quite new to it.

We've got a search tab that returns forms.

When we right click -> edit, it gives the following error:

"Could not get document ID from the server. The http session was lost. You will be redirected to the login screen."

This doesn't seem to be affecting anything but it comes up a lot.

Any suggestions on how to research or fix this ?

Hi,

first, please check your dfc.properties of Taskspace and check for the global repository bof password. validate this password with the content server and check if its correct.

Also see the permissions allowed for the user on the form objects.

Hi,

It will be tomorrow before I can have that dfc.properties checked for TaskSpace - i don't have access.

I believe the permissions are set up ok - as we are all under the ts_designer group. And, there is no problem viewing these items from within DA. What they are is a custom type containing a jpg file.

A new thing i've noticed today, is in the Internet Explorer status bar, it has the warning icon saying "done, with errors".

So clicking that, i get this message :

So looking at this, it appears at the end of the url, where it says type=null - is referencing some kind of viewer.

This is making me think the problem lies with that view pane to the right in the taskspace app.

I've tried modifying the type= to contain "jpg", "jpeg", "object_type" but none of that works.

Any ideas ?

I've gotten the image to show up - but that id error remains.

The image shows up after adding jpeg into the "viewers and formats" section on the TaskSpace config tab..
