Hi,
I've been having trouble getting the report preview to show when I'm creating a dashboard on taskspace. The report icons show but when I drag it onto the design canvas, the report doesn't preload. When I ignore the issue, create it, and add the tab to look at the report, the report does not load.
I can't see anything wrong with the server configuration as far as I can see. In fact, the report loading on dashboard worked earlier this week when I was quickly testing to make sure that everything worked.
There was a thread on this same issue on this forum https://community.emc.com/message/554045#554045 but I don't think the underlying issue is the same. As the server was installed not too long ago.
Can anyone give me some tips on how to troubleshoot this?
