I have a requirment like In a particular repository make one cabinet hidden for everyone except for admin group
I am using webtop 6.6.
How can i achive this.

why dont you apply appropriate ACL on cabinets which just needs to visible to admin or specific group, in which case no customization will be needed.
I suggest you read Content Server Fundamentals. It will answer a lot of your newbie questions.
Agree with Tejraj - use an ACL for the cabinet with Admin having the only access. Make sure all content has that ACL as well to prevent content from the Cabinet being viewed by all during search.
