trying to lock files

Hi,

We have done the Teamsite upgradation from 5.5.2 to 6.1. After upgradation we are facing an issue in one of the CGI task. The same is working fine on Teamsite 5.5.2.

As per our setup, when we create a new DCR it will have a submit lock. When the same user tries to submit the DCR, we are calling a CGI task with attribute lock = "TRUE".
Here when the user submits the DCR, the CGI task is failing by giving the messsage as "trying to lock files" as the DCR is already having a submit lock and the CGI task is also trying to put a lock on this DCR.
But, we need to apply this lock in CGI task to avoid other users to submit the DCR created by someone else.

The above code is working fine in Teamsite 5.5.2 and not in Teamsite 6.1. Is there any changes in Teamsite 6.1 with respective to locking.
