I am wondering if anyone had looked into building similiar application with xCP. For an internal project we are looking to building a TaskSpace based application to maintain, record and udpate customer activity. We are experienting with high fidelity form, e-forms to capture the fields below, here is a sample list of fields
-Customer Rep
-Customer Name
-Initial Contact
-Contact Phone
-Email- The email given for the initial contact person
-CustomerRep Contact –
-Notes- Special Handling – Any specific guidelines given by the company
-Activity – Any and all activity or actions made on the customer account.
In short here are the requirements we are formulating
-We will need to be able to log multiple customer interactions for each customer.
-Should have a form to reflect the fields above.
-Should be able to export all the information, including the notes for each customer.
-Reporting would be very nice, to query customer's by geo, Rep, etc...
-Would like to be able to have the time/Date stamp in the GEO viewing the data.
If anyone worked on building anything similiar and would share is appreciated.
We are at very early stages of assessing xCP for this project.
