Unable to install Process builder and Forms builder DAR file using 6.7 sp1 darinstaller

Hi,

I am trying to install 6.7 sp1 DAR files using 6.7 sp1 full composer.

but while trying to install the same using darinstaller i am getting below error -

"com.emc.ide.installer.PreInstallException: Error running pre-install procedure "pre_install.procedure"".

Can anyone please suggest if i am doing something wrong while configuring composer while installing DAR files.

Please suggest.
