Could not change DISPLAY CONFIGURATION using Composer

Hi,

I changed DISPLAY CONFIGURATION of an object type using composer and exported the same to out test docbase. Also I did run DataDictionary job. I do not see the change in the display configuration yet. Do you think I need to wait for ever or is it not the way to change the DISPLAY CONFIGURATION? Ot is first time to change DISPLAY CONFIGURATION using Composer. I did the same using App Builder in earlier versions.

Please share your knowledge and experience.

Which app are you trying to see the changes in? Did you restart the app server?

I am using Webtop. I did not restart App Server (Tomcat) Do I need to restart? If so I will do now.

Yes. Display configuration is cached on the app server so any type you run the data dictionary publishing job, you need to restart your app server. If this doesnt resolve your problem, try shuting down tomcat and manually deleting the work directory (this is the cache).
