We recently upgraded to Version 6.7 SP1 and in that process ported our webtop customizations.
Now when users do a search, the "Export to CSV" option is grayed out in the Tools menu.
Since this is available in OOB webtop, I know it's something in our customizations that didn't get moved over properly, but I haven't been able to find it. It may be something new in 6.7 SP1 that isn't getting called now (we did not rebuild our custom code, just moved it over), or it may be something else that just got deleted or modified.
I've checked our customized actions and the customized menubar_component.xml and nothing appears wrong.
Can someone suggest where to look so I can target my research better? Or is the best thing to do to reapply the customizations to the base files (there are a lot of them).
