Cant I see/get Workflow reporting/history/audit-trial after it finishes?

Hi,

The user is SuperUser/SysAdmin with config/view/edit audit client capability. Also the user is added to the process_report_admin role. Workflow Template Audit Trail Setting is ON. The user started a workflow and it is finished. I could see the Workflow reporting during/before it finishes, but once the workflow is finished, I could not see its report or history. I am still thinking that I must be able to see the history and audit trails of finished workflows.

Please share your knowledge and experience.

I'm pretty sure this report doesnt persist after workflow has completed. If the workflow is complete, why do you care to see the graphic view? If you enable auditing, all the information from the workflow persists so that you can write your own custom reports against the data.

Are you using Taskspace or Webtop for Workflow history report? If Taskspace, then you need to write your own report against dm_audittrail objects. The workflow report is CURRENT workflow progress.

I am talking about using Webtop for Workflow history report. So do you mean I cannot see/get Workflow history after the workflow is finished? Our requirements are as follows:

1) Getting Workflow report during the workflow in progress
2) Getting Workflow history after the workflow is finished.
3) Getting audit trial of a workflow
4) Retrieving workflow report during the workflow is in progress as well as workflow report after the workflow is finished by every workflow activity performer.

Don't you think all these features are not the OOB features in Webtop?
