FileSite 8 (SP1) & Outlook 2003

We're running FileSite 8.0 (SP1) alongside Outlook 2003, Windows 2K and Office 2000.

We are experiencing problems with users losing their connectivity when they start Outlook. For anything up to 15-20 a day are going into Outlook to find that MailSite does not seem to be connected. ie Outlook is reporting that it cannot expand the folders, or reporting that this is the first time they have run Outlook and have to restart it so they can use MailSite.

We're getting around the problem by using Addiman to remove and re-add the server configuration. One some users this is happening everyday, on others, once/twice a week or once a month.

We're speaking to Support about this, and we're trying to cross off all the obvious things, but I wondered if anybody had seen anything on this scale before? We're also looking into whether Mailbox size has anything to do with it, especially as we are using Cached Mode in Outlook.

We have various other snap-ins to Outlook as well including; Interaction, KVS, CallXpress and RightFax.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received!
