Importing a document from my desktop into a docbase from my localhost Webtop failed

Hi,

I am trying to import a document from my desktop into our test docbase using my local host Webtop. It failed with the error attached (screenshot)

Note:Surprsingly the document is imported.

Please share your knowledge and experience.

I have seen folks say that they have had problems with 64-bit JRE and once they reinstalled 32-bit, everything worked as expected.

Are you using 32bit or 64bit JVM? Also, what version of JRE are you using?

In Control Panel under Add/Remove Programs I see the following:
-Java(TM) 6 Update 29
-Java(TM) 6 Update 2 (64-bit)

I think the 1st one is 32-bit and the 2nd one is obviously 64-bit. Both are runnung on my machine. This must be the root cause. Isn't it?

Under Add/Remove Programs I also see the following:

     -Java(TM) SE Development Kit 7 Update 2 (64-bit)
     -JavaFX 2.0.2 (64-bit)
     -JavaFX 2.0.2 SDK (64-bit)

Please let me know.

Athati, I had also the same problem and Johnny saying right that this issue is because of 64-bit JRE. Also, it seems you are using IE of 64-bit edition. I am not getting this issue with IE of 32-bit edition.
