D2 Interface Issue - Menu not completely expanded

Has anyone else experienced an issue with the D2-Config application? I'm trying to start making configurations and the drop down menu won't size properly and show all of the menu items. I've tried all sorts of things like dragging the mouse, using the keyboard, but nothing will give me access to the menu items below. Any suggestions?

This should be taken care of via the setting in the D2 IE security zone. Enable "Allow script-initiated windows without restriction of size and position"

Which version of D2? Which browser ? I already have the same issue with IE9 !

Did you try IE9 with compatibility mode enabled? We have seen several problems with IE9 and Documentum Administrator v6.7. Turning compatilibility mode on solves some problem, but not all. That's what happens when you try to run on something that is not supported (at least for DA).

Yes but D2 is compatible with IE9 and it's totally different from DA !

From where you have downloaded the D2 client. I have searched in subscribenet download centre and its not available.

Is there a trial version available?

There is no "free" version of D2. Ask your EMC sales rep, he/she might be able to help out.
