Installing xPlore HA active-passive deployment

Hi! I want to install a xPlore High Availability Active-Passive deployment, but I can't find the steps to do it correctly anywhere...In EMC® Documentum xPlore Version 1.2 High Availability and Disaster Recovery Guide this deployment is mentioned, but is not explained step by step. Can anybody who has already installed it tell me where can I find a guide or similar to follow the correct procedure??

Did you implement xPlore in Active - Passive, we are looking for exact steps.

Guides talk more about Active-Active.

We want to install xPlore in Active-Passive mode. We have set up a primary server (1 at 9300) and index agent (each for 5 repositories), and created a secondary server (1 at 9400)

When we access the Admin Page (http://host:port/dsearch) for secondary, it does not come up.

We followed HA and Disaster Guide. Would you be able to share details with us?

We followed the procedure "Installing a secondary or spare instance" in install manual. Looks like it's not HA. This is just secondary instance and primary needs to be up all the time.

If we have to install/configure xPlore HA, we would have to refer to "Documentum xPlore 1.2 High Availability and Disaster Recovery Guide". And follow "Dual primary instance HA (active-active)" not "Spare instance".

As suggested by EMC, it is not real active-active, but it's active-passive. If you want active-active, load balancer has to be in place. For that check white paper available in Powerlink.
