How to undo "share the same data model" selection

Hi,

There's an electronic form template that was created with Forms Builder using UI of an existing form and share the same data model radio button selection. After realising that this is not the desired use, we decided to undo the definition. When tried deleting this new form, storage data mapping is corrupted for the source form.

Is there any way to undo this selection?

Any idea appreciated.

This might not be supported. There are other things in Documentum that cant be "undone" (eg object type installation).

You might have to rebuild/reconfigure the form.

Thank you for your comment. And it was unfortunately expected.

Notifications for actions that cannot be undone would be a great addition in a new version in case of losing previous works.
