Hi,I m new to taskspace..!!

I made some custom forms,Tabs and roles

and Configured roles in such a way that only few tabs are visible.

Tagged a user that role and it worked fine.

But i want to know how these things get stored in repository.

I mean how do content server store that this role shoul have access to only these tabs

Basically i want to know how it is stored and how it is retrieved when user of that role logs in?

It might be a basic question but plz do clarify...:)

is the path:

Cabinets/System/Applications/<your_app_name>/Presets

Cabinets/System/Applications/<your_app_name>/Presets/Preset Packages

Cabinets/System/Applications/<your_app_name>/Presets/Resources

- You did this when you defined a role in your taskspace application and configured the components that will be availble to the role.

Hi Jonny,

I think i did not put my question properly.

Let me put it this way..

When i create a role and assign tabs documentum internally store this information.

I just wanted to know where does it store this(in database or xml or anything ) and when i login into taskspace with that role how will it retrieve that information and diplay only the tabs specified..!!!
