Move folders under retention

Hi All,

I have folders in my repository which are under retention policy.

I want to move these folders from one location to another,but it is not allowing me to do and giving me error as "Cannot detach it from a container under retention policy"

which privileges do I need to perform this activity? Please reply urgently
