which evnironment and documentum products should i prepare for the deployment?

Each documentum product comes with the set of well written documentation that is at your disposal.
Start with Documentum Fundamentals, Documentum Administration Guide, Web Development Kit Development Guide.
Setting up the environment very much depends on the particular requirements.
As for the Documentum products - you'll most likely need the "minimum" :
Are there gonna be any workflows developed? If yes, then you'll need to install the BPM suite.

my point is which products (need exact product name) i need to install first for the users are able access the content via Webtop and use the workflow like collobration etc....
as you said above. following parts i should install:
DB( i will pick up by myself regarding the product guide)
