New Case From Template Activity

Hello,

Does anyone know if the "New Case From Template" activity can be used to copy a custom object instead of a dm_folder?

The custom object inherits from dm_folder and contains regular dm_folders.

Also, how can this custom object be associated to a package declared in the workflow?

1) Yes, you can use activity to create custom folder types

2) At the end of the New Case from Template tab, map the r_object_id of the new folder to the r_object_id of your workflow package (assuming the package is dm_folder subtype).
