Need steps to install Process Engine 6.7/6.7sp1 on CS 6.7 on AIX OS

Hi,

Our Content Server is on AIX 6.1 TL5.

I am looking for instructions to install Process Engine on CS 6.7 on AIX box. In Process Engine 6.7 Installation guide, I see the steps to install Process engine on the Windows Operating System, but I do not see the steps to install on AIX Operating System.

Please share your knowledge and experiences for figuring this out.
