java crashes when logging into webtop

I am doing a load testing on webtop 6.7 running on windows xp machine, with IE 7 and jre 1.6_24. At the time of login the java crashes and throwing the following error "java.exe encountered an error and needs to close". The url is ssl secured. Any advice would be a great help. Thanks!

Checkout this link: http://msroth.wordpress.com/2012/03/23/updating-java-on-the-documentum-platform/. Try to upgrade your JRE to 1.6.0_27 or later.

Upgrade JRE and check. Also better to check the log files of the application server. Re-install webtop in another machine and check if same error exists.
