Dear exports,

We are using WebTop 6.5 SP3. From few weeks we had encountered misbehavior in WebTop view. All icons, folders and cabinets are displayed with under lines. A small icon symbols are displayed while listing folders.

PFA for clear view and please suggest us on this error.

In the Login Screen, More Options section, check if you had enabled "Additional Accessibility Options". From the screenshot it looks like you are running webtop in accessiblity mode.

Are you sure this is not a browser setting?  Have you tried other browsers?

    Thanks for sparing time,

I did this home work, We are using IE 6,7 and in both the versions we are

    getting this error.

Some times after deleting cookies it's working properly but some time not.

    Thanks and regards,

Well, if you havent changed your code, then its something in your environment.  Check to see if your JRE has been upgraded.   You should only use what is certified for your webtop version.  I have seen newer version of JRE cause problems.
