save metadata slow using nonssl

Trying to see if this is a firewall issue or something else.

When you save and close the metadata capture on a file using non https it can be slow at times.

If we use https it's never slow.

When it's slow the progress bar for IE barely moves. I'm using 6.5 of TS on windows.

I'm trying to see if this is a TS issue, or a Firewall/Proxy etc.

Not sure if this is related, but it is a similar problem--slow (sometimes to the point of hanging) on metadata capture screen. However, it is not on the save, but on the initial display. Users report that it happens with new files and multiple file tagging. Any help would be appreciated.
