When you do a checkout in the WorkSite web the name of the doucment in the checkout patch is automatically populated, in the global options you can choose between Description or default file name. But the customers whants to use the document title field instead.

i can not find out to alter this in the JS files could someone help me out

In WorkSite, a document's description is its title. Therefore, if you set the Global Option to "Description", the file will be downloaded using the title that you see when looking at a list of documents.

Thansk for the response, but we mixed around with the description field, document name and document title at the customer site. So in the description field are different values then in the Document title field. So that's way i can not use the description or default filename setting.

Unfortunately, these are the only 2 options that you have for naming documents when downloaded to the client machine. The filename is determined in server-side code in the iManage.WorkSite.Web assembly.
