After creating a response form in ECM, when i enter any comments those comments are restricted only to 1000 characters.Is there any way to enable input of characters more than 1000 ??? Its urgent.Please do reply ?
what environment/client? what did u mean by "creating a response from ECM"?
Is the comments field mapped to attribute? If so, the length is constrained by the length of the string you defined for the attribute, which in turn is constrained by database vendor.
If the comments field is NOT mapped to attribute and is mapped to xml, then you are not constrained.
