Where can I find the table that telss what need to be done when when XML component/JSP/Java class is only changed? I am trying to find in WDK Development guide, but I could not find. Please give the document name and page number, if you can.

XML - run wdk/refresh.jsp
JSP - dont need to restart tomcat, since Tomcat should recompile changed jsp on the fly

Java Class - yes, restart of Tomcat is required.

WDK Reference Manual describes all of the WDK components. You will need to know the component name when you want to try to modify something.

I am talking about when I need not restart Tomcat every time I change XML or JSP. I know I need to run wdk/refresh/jsp if JSP is changed. I need to restart Tomcat if I change Java class. Same way if XML component is changed am I required to restart Tomcat?

For XML changes, WDK Refresh would suffice (in most of the cases). If you change app.xml you will need to restart. But for component/action xml's WDK Refresh is just enough.
