Where does the logging info go when dm_event_sender.ebs run? How can I debug it?

Hi,

Where does the logging info go when dm_event_sender.ebs run? Please give me the log file name and its path on our AIX Content Server box. I do not see in docbase log. I am trying to customize dm_event_sender.ebs, some times it is not running at all, because I do not see any email notificatio sent to user's email inbox. I need to debug it.

Please share your knowledge and experiences for figuring this out.

DMBASIC scripts are exeuted by the Repository process. So, it will be logged in the Docbase log only. Try enabling Trace Launch option in the dm_event_sender method.

To add to karthik's answer, add some print statements in the method t osee up to where it goes and where it fails
