dfc properties of Documentum developer edition 6.6

DFC properties in Documentum\config has only below properties and missing user , password and name of the global repository.

From where can I find it. (There is no dfc.properties folder Documentum\Shared\ which I saw in another forum suggestion)

Also , should ODBC created by Documentum server ? I dont see any created ODBC when I check

your DFC.properties file normally will be in C:\Documentum\config

Thanks. My question is that Services related to my documetum server is not starting up.I guess this is due to missing attributes ? DFC files in C:\Documentum\config has only the above attributes. How can I find the attribute values related to Repository (ODBC) connector ?

which services in services.msc are not starting up?

You can copy the dfc.properties file from Content server machine.
The path where you can find the dfc.properties on server is

Unix: /documentum/<user-name>/Shared/config

Windows: C:\documentum\Shared\config

This dfc.properties is created while installing the content server and must be having all the required information you need. You should copy dfc.properties file to your client application from the above locations.

Which service is not starting up. Is it the content server docbase services ? If so please post the log of the server.

You can find log under the directory C:\documentum\log on content server. (path may be different depending upon the OS or installation)
