Hi,
I am pretty new to Retention Policy Services.
So i was just trying to test how a document gets disposed off once a retention is applied on it.
I just created a Retention policy while giving 1 day each to the Active and Final phases.
What i observed is its not getting promoted from Active to Final phase after 1 day.
I tried running dmc_rps_PromotionJob but still no help, The document remain in Active phase.
I tried running dmc_rps_DispositionJob just to check if it runs with all the necessary arguments but its failing and says rolloverRetentionPolicy doesn't exists in server where as i am having the rollover retention policy created in the server.
Can experts please help me in resolving how to run these jobs.
