How can I pull email addresses of all individual users in all groups into SMTP Activity in Process B

Hi,

I am setting up SMTP Activity at the end of my workflow to send an email saying that "Workflow is completed". I need to pull the email addresses of all individual persons from the groups I assigned as performers in my workflow. I have 6 activities with 6 groups implemented as "Single User from a group". Can I give group names? How can I do this using Process Builder only without writing any workflow methods. Can I achieve this. If yes, how? I know I can achive this by hard-coding the email addresses in SMTP activity, but it may not be good idea.

Please share your knowledge and experiences for figuring this out.

Did you try adding DQL Read activity? From that activity map the results of the query to a process variable. In the SMTP activity, copy these values to To[] variable.

You can try adding DQL activity to read the actual users (along with email) who picked up the task and map the email to the recipients

I am trying to understand how I can use it. I need to send email to all group members of each of the 6 groups. I need to formulate a DQL which queries 6 groups and gives out email addresses of all users. I am not sure how I can paas them to a variable in DQL activity and then pass the same to "To[0]" filed in SMTP activity. I am exploring.

I am stuck up at the screen attached. I am using the simple DQL like:

select user_address from dm_user where user_name='****'

I am not sure what function I need to select and then how I can assign the email address to a variable.

Note: I am reading Process Builder documentation about this DQL activity which I could not find yet.

Please advise me.
