How and where can I change the standard email "From" value in the email(s) sent during workflow acti

Hi,

Currently some emails are still using dm_event_sender.ebs script to send emails during my workflow activities. Every email has a uique "From" value like "Prod In Owner for ECM". How and where can I change this?

Please share your knowledge and experiences for figuring this out.

In SMTP mail activity template after filling the  SMTP host and message when you click the next where you set the to,cc and other variables .. at the top you can see "From". use copy function from dropdown to set the value.
