Email Inbound - Initiate question

Hi friends,

I want to start a process using the "Email Inbound - Initiate" Activity.

The customer is using Documentum 6.5 sp2 (Linux version) and Notes Mail.

I have tried to use these informations below and received an error message (red text):

PS: I used my notes account for user and password for the test.

What are the requests to the customer I have to do to enable this email inbound function?

I think that Lotus Notes clients use a proprietary protocol to communicate with the Domino Server. You probably need to enable POP3 on the Domino server. The best is if you ask your Lotus Notes administrator.
