Server Management in Taskspace

Hi,

i am making an installation of BAM (which is successful) using the installtion guide. and now i am configuring the connection settings and it says that

To configure BAM connection settings:

1. Log in to TaskSpace.

2. Select the Administration tab.

3. From the left tree menu select Server Management > Business Activity Monitoring > Data

Transfer Settings.

4. Within the Connection region at the bottom of the form, enter the BAM Host URL.

The BAM Host URL is the machine on which the BAM server is deployed.

5. In the BAM Port field enter the BAM server port number.

6. Click OK at the bottom of the form.

when i logged in taskspace (6.7), i cannot find the Server Management that is found in the administration Tab, any help ?

i got the solution of the problem that i had.

the solution is that i have installed the Taskspace.DAR 1st, then install BAM and finally have installed the Taskspace.WAR

now i can see the Server Management in the Administration Tab

Did the installation of BAM Dars go fine?

Did you restart the application server after the BAM installation?

yes the Installation of BAM DARS were perfectly fine without errors and i did re-start the application server after the install but still cannot find the Server management in the Administration Tab

under process management, there should be server-management, but here i cannot find it

Make sure the user acct you are using has client_capability = system administrator.

Is this Developer Edition or is this full blown version Taskspace war ?

it is the version that i got on the emc site. its taskspace 6.7 full version and not the developer

Have you manually deleted your app server cache and restarted your app server?

yes i have manually deleted the app cache server and have restarted... and still could not find the server management in tasksapce under the Administration Tab

Try reinstalling bam dar file again.

i have re-install BAM from beginning and now am getting an error, JVM not found. see screenshot
