Autoactivity is blocking the name of the next activity by workflowInitiator name

Hi,

In my workflow between two activities I have an auto-activity. An activity performer can forward to one of the next two activities. But the next performer screen shows up 'workflowsupervisor' as one of the next activities. In the attachment 'forecasting' is the 'workflowsupervisor', but the 2nd activity (below one) is "Approver -- Purchasing" activity. Hope I made it clear.

If you can please let me know how I can resolve this issue. I need to see "Approver -- Purchasing" in place of forecasting.

Please share your knowledge and experiences for figuring this out.

Not sure I fully understood your question. But if its how to define a performer of a future activity…

The performer of the activity like you describe, and what shows up is defined in the future activity. Go to the future activity, then select Performer tab, then select “Select Performer”. In the list, select “Previous activity’s performer”, then in “Define Performer”, select the appropriate activity where the user will then define who will perform the activity you are editing.
