I am afraid that there doe snot seem to be enough to go on but if you contact support they can help figure out what log files would be relevant in this case.

Looks like the error, are there any patch available for MediaBin4.5? I also have the similar issue while click on download link.
Thanks Nicholas

Check mbp.log to see if there are any corresponding error messages there. That will help narrow the field of possibilities.

This error implies you may have the wrong version of JobTracker.dll registered. Many of the MediaBin client applications use a separate DLL to manage asset retrieval from MediaBin. This dll subscribes to events for each job submitted and maintains the state of each job submitted. The DLL can be queried for bulk job status periodically by a client application. JobTracker.dll implements a COM interface and must be registered to use it. Only one instance of a registered COM component (dll) will be used. If you have more than one MediaBin client application installed on your server, the dll contained in the most recent installation would be the copy used by all MediaBin client applications. Therefore, it is best practice to never install different versions of client applications on the same PC. Previous versions should be uninstalled and removed from the filesystem to avoid accidentally registering an outdated component (dll).
The error you see and the time at which the error occurs, implies that JobTracker.dll may be the problem. Try the following. It may rectify the issue:
- stop all MediaBin applications and services on your server
- search for all instances of JobTracker.dll
- locate the registered version of JobTracker.dll and unregister that copy
- register the copy of JobTracker.dll in the MediaBin Deployment Agent service installation folder
- restart all applications and test.
If this does not rectify the problem, please contact Product Support.
