Hi,

I would like to know the attribute and the object from which I can get the value/name of previous manual activity performer. If the previous manual activity performer is a group, then I need the attributes of the performer and performer group.

Please share your knowledge and experiences for figuring this out.

If you have "Manual[Single User From Group] -> Auto[Supervisor] -> Current[Supervisor]" then just insert a new activity like "Manual[Single User From Group] -> Auto0[Supervisor] -> Auto[Supervisor] -> Current[Supervisor]".

In Auto0 you can get the performer from the Manual activity and store it in a process variable, for example, to use it in the "Current" activity. If you can't add an activity your other option still requires the workflow to be changed: you need to activate audit trails in the workflow settings and then read the performers from the audit information (since dmi_workitems are not preserved).

You have to consult the Fundamentals, Administration and Object Reference manuals to obtain all the information you need about workflows.

You can obtain that information from multiple sources:

The performer name is in dm_workflow.r_last_performer. This is always a user.
The performer group is in dm_activity.performer_name (coupled with performer_type).

The model around workflow objects is a bit complex but you can obtain the last performer (user) easily by configuring the following activity to run as the previous performer. If this is a Data Mapping Activity you can map the performer name from the execution data. The name of the group can be obtained with a DQL query like:

select performer_name from dm_activity where r_object_id in (select r_act_def_id from dm_process where r_object_id = ?)   and object_name = 'Activity Name'

The parameter is the process id that can be copied from the execution data. Note that performer_name is a repeating attribute so you can click "add" to get the first result and copy that as a single value.

I have dmi_workitem ID. I need to get last MANUAL performer name and group name. Performer is "Single User from a group" and have an auto-activitiy between the current manual performer and previous manual performer.

I need a DQL may be single or multiple.

I tried this following assuming given dmi_workitem ID is GivenWIId:

select r_workflow_id from dmi_workitem where r_object_id='GivenWIId'.

Got the result into WorkflowId then executed the following:

select r_last_performer from dm_workflow where r_object_id='WorkflowId' ENABLE (ROW_BASED)

I am getting the final result as Workflowsupervisor name that is coming from auto-activity because for every auto activity's performer is Workflowsupervisor.

My problem is how can I get "last MANUAL performer name" or "last last performer name".

Please advise me.
