Save Error

Hi There,

Few of them are facing a very weird problem with Templating.

When templates are opened for editing, and when they click on Finish it throws an error msg : "The Dcr is already locked by the same user".

has anyone faced this problem before ???

Im working on Solaris and on TeamSite 6.1

check the DCR user is trying to save and if its already locked, unclock it first and then try to save :-)
It will work fine. Check the rights permissions of the user and read TS Admin Guide Branch securties chapter

Migrateduser

I've noticed this happening when users log in with a Case variation of their usersname.

Say a username is "jsmith" and a person logs in with "Jsmith"

The system will let users still login but it cases this error.
