Hello,

I'm trying to open a .dwg file (autocad) and I receive the following error:

"Server Details:

Ne-It Enterpreise did not complete the job before the viewer wait time expired as specified in the server.properties file"

In the log file I have:

"May 7, 2012 2:38:26 PM com.infograph.httpserver.DLServer waitForPublishToFinish

WARNING: Published timed out: 090200a0800a882facad 1.01336039499000 0

The timeout in server.properties file has been modified from 2 to 4 minute.

The dwg file is put in the dysplaycache folder in ...IGC\Brava! Webtop\Brava! Webtop Server\displaylistcache in dwg format (something like "r_object_id.dwg") bu seems that JobProcessor do not take this file from here.

I cannot open .dwg file and office file but I'am abble to open .pdf file

We are using Brava 6.0 for Webtop 6.5

How cand I solve this issue? Do I need a CADLoader or something like that for dwg files?

Thanks

Do you have license for AutoCad files?  I know that we had get additional Brava license to view Office files.

Yes, we have license for Autocad file.

That license (for office file) is a separate license file (other than IGCKey.lic)? Do you need to install an OfficeLoader or somtehing else?

The IGCKey.lic should say whether your license key includes Autocad and/or other components.  This is probably not the issue.  How big are the CAD files?

4 mb, 1 mb, 700 kb - they are not so big

Yup, they are not that big to be a timeout issue.  I'm not familiar with Net-It to know what it is doing in connection with Brava viewer.  Have you submitted EMC ticket?

for dwg files, you dont need to do anything specific but for office files, did you run the office atleast once on the brava server and selected the default printer from office menu?

I just find that for office file we don't have license, but for dwg file we have.

I turn on the Job Processor log and I tried to open some pdf and dwg files and there's noting in that log.

It look like JobProcessor do nothing.

Also, we have ""ConvertOnClient =TRUE" ("If set to TRUE, the Client converts all TIFF and PDF formats" ... from Installguide )

That means that JobProcessor should convert the dwg files (not the client) and the log should have something

    @Johnny Gee

No, I don't opened a EMC ticket yet.
