Hello,

I'm using Teamsite 6.5 CCSTD, and we are having a problem with getting the 'new job' link working from the tasks portlet. When it is selected we are getting the following error:
'Could not find available assign workflow templates for user joebloggs (master, content)'
Does anyone have an idea why we are getting this error?

Have you updated the workflow entry in available_templates.cfg? If yes... then also check if you are listed in the authorised users and rolesfor that.

Just check available_template.cfg file entries.
Is any workflow entry registered there for the event "new job" and for that user or not??
Also reset the server after doing entries in the available_template.cfg file.

If your available_templates.cfg file specifies branch_list entries for all of your workflows (or at least for all workflows associated with the new_job command and/or for the role this user is logged in with and/or the user specifically) - then that's the problem -- New Job from the task portlet has NO branch context - and therefore it would not find any workflows configured for general usage. (this is one of the reasons I tend to prefer CCPro - though some users have managed to customize the CCStd interface to put New Job on the area-view pages of CCStd...)
