UCF Error while export/Importing document- Urgent

Hi All, We have just upgraded our env. from 6.0 to 6.6 and some of the production users are facing UCF error while exporting or importing the document. I have deleted the Documentum folder and cache and EMC certificate, even after that users are still getting error. Java- 1.6_27 and app server is Weblogic 11g. Thanks.

UCF client and server logs are helpful for people to share comments to your issue. If it's an urgent case, please report a consult request to EMC tech support, with detail errors.

Hi,

There are some steps you can take to resolve this problem.

1. Check the JRE version and make sure that its compatiable (check release notes)

2. Check that ACS server URL given is working fine.

Check whether ACS server is running or not:-

Dump dm_acs_config:-
API>retrieve,c,dm_acs_config
API>dump,c,l

Get the URL associated with the attribute acs_base_url to see if it resolved.
Run this URL from the box from where you get the "ACS/BOCS" error message. (you should get a

message ACS is running)

If some variance is there with ACS url, kindly rectify it.

What does the java console prints out ? (as in what is in the client ucf log ?)
