Best Practices - Disk Partitions on new install

I've been reading through the Teamsite Installation guide but it does not mention a set of best practices on partitioning a Disk for a Teamsite/OpenDeploy/Mediabin setup..

How many partitions should I have for a new setup?

1. One for OS and Teamsite software.
2. Another for the content store?
3. And a third for content?

So should i have 1,2 or 3 partitions?

The virtual partition for content (Y: or /iwmnt) is created automatically by TS.
