Process Builder

Hello,

I'm having a problem with process builder. In creating my tasks, I have associated them to the manual activities of my process.

But now I can't find them in the properties of my activities. And I also tried to create another task to associate with the process but they are disabled.

And now I cannot start my process.

Do anyone know how to re associate a form to an activity in forms builder??

Or anything that can help me??

Looking at the images attached. I am sure that you are creating 'Task Form' in forms builder.

When selecting the manual activity in the forms builder make sure the process in installed.

In the manual activity properties choose proper performer and enable 'lets the performer choose the next activity'.

Click the refresh button in choosing forms template in the activity inspector and confirm any forms getting listed or not. If exist you can map and work with it. If not create new task forms for the process.

After installing the process, Open the Forms builder freshly and create new 'Task Forms' for the activity. Check the activities getting the forms associated with it or not.

Hello!

No, the process must be in uninstalled mode to be able to modify it in process builder.

It's very strange because I did associate my task templates with my process at the beginning.

Maybe a problem of versionning of the process and tasks?

Anyway, I think that I will re create the process !!
