Sending an asser as email

hi,

We have a new installaion of MediaBin. When a user tries to send an asset as an email attachment the following error messages is displayed:

Error -2147024893 : The system cannot find the path specified.

Anybody seen this before ?

To send email, the MediaBin web client requires the SMTP service to be installed. By default, the MediaBin web client sends email using the pickup folder. Email messages are formatted and written to files in the SMTP service pickup folder. Please verify the SMTP service is installed and properly configured to use the pickup folder. Ensure the web application has at least modify permissions to the folder. If the problem still persists, MediaBin Support should be able to provide you with additional assistance.
