Can I attach a form (like online application form - it is not a document) to a workflow? If yes, how

Hi,

So far I developed few workflow templates to which one can attach a document, but now I have an entirely different requirement. Now I need to attach a form which is not a document. It is just like an online application form into which one can enter application details and then attach the same to a workflow.

Can I do this? If yes, how?

Do you think "Forms Builder" is useful for my requirement? It is entirely new to me. If Forms Builder can give a solution to my requirement, what are the best documents, I need to read and work on a tutorial on Forms Builder?

Do we need TaskSpace too be installed along with Formc Builder? Do we need to have any Engine (like Process Engine for Process Builder)?

Do we need any DAR files to be installed?

Please share your knowledge and experiences for figuring this out.

Yes, you need to install taskspace to see the forms designed in Forms Builder, which are associated with any processes designed using Process Builder.

To run these processes Process Engine must be installed.

You can use high fidelity form in Forms builder to achieve your requirement. You can store the form in repository & can print if needed.
