Forms Builder Help needed

Hi,

I am trying to design the attached Form using Forms Builder. I am totally new to Forms Builder. Once I logged into Forms Builder, I selected Electronic form even though xCP_Sample_Application shows TaskSpace Component. I do not know the difference. I thought Electronic form will server my purpose. More over we do not have TaskSpace environment at our work environment. Is it OK if I select Electronic form?

I added the required boxes/lists etc and populated with data required in dropdown lists etc.. I still provide a link to "Address Book" of our Lotus Notes email system. Do you have any idea how to do this? Please have look at my form and advise me. Also I do not know whether I need to use adaptors. I am trying to understand by reading Forms Builder user guide.

With your experience and expertise, please advise me in simple words what next I need to do.

Please share your knowledge and experiences for figuring this out.

Your post does not tell your exact problem. what I understood are below questions.

Is it OK if I select Electronic form?

Its perfectly fine to use Elect forms.

I still provide a link to "Address Book" of our Lotus Notes email system. Do you have any idea how to do this?

Just give the url of your lotus note mail solution in the URL field of the component.

I need to use adaptors

If you need to populate values from some data source (not fixed values) , you can use adaptors to fill the values. but if your values are static then better to hard code them.
