Is there any good documentation to learn designing Forms using Forms Builder?

Hi,

I am brand new to forms Builder. Is there any good documentation to learn designing Forms using Forms Builder? I am reading Forms Builder user guide, developer guide and xCP_Sampls_Application documents, but still I feel they are not good documents for a beginner like me.

If you suggest any good documentation or any other source with tutorials, that would be a GREAT help to me.

Please share your knowledge and experiences for figuring this out.
