Folder ACL Issue

Hi All

    Just i need to disable the drag and drop option.

    Our Folder Level Hierarchy's are

    ACL 1  (Client --> Client A--> Client AA )-->ACL 2 (Subfolders) Only  subfolders should drag and drop or move through clipboard

                    This three folders should not drag and drop -----> This is the requirement any solutions for this guys

    ACL 1 -->User -- Read and Change location,Change Permission

   ACL 2 --> User -- Write and Change location ,Change Permission

If the subfolders are a different type, then you should be able to scope the draganddrop action for that folder type.
